When your order has gone through, you will receive an order confirmation to the email address you entered when ordering, if you do not find it in your inbox, also look in your junk mail. If you have not received an order confirmation within 24 hours, please contact our customer service. Can I pre-book a sold-out product? You cannot book an out-of-stock product, however you can use our "Remind me" function on the product page. You click on the icon with the letter under the desired size and enter your email address, you will then receive an email when the product is back in stock. If the icon is not displayed, the product will not be replenished. How do I use a discount code? If you have a discount code, enter it at checkout before filling in the delivery and payment method. You get the field where you have to enter your code by pressing the text "Add a discount code." Can I cancel my order? Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel a placed order. Can I make changes to an order that has already been placed? Unfortunately, it is not possible to make changes to an order that has already been completed. If it has gone wrong, we ask you to return the item or items you want and place a new order. Is there a physical store where I can shop? We do not have a physical store, however we currently have a collaboration with NK Stockholm and NK Gothenburg where you can find a selection of our products. No, price reductions are always limited in time. Current price in the online store applies. I ordered yesterday and today the item has a lower price, can you adjust my payment? No, you can then return the item and place a new order with the current price. I forgot to add my discount code when I ordered, can I add it afterwards? No, we cannot add a discount code afterwards.
