RETURN POLICY
What is our return policy? You have the right to return one or more products for a refund within 30 days of receiving your order.
Can I exchange a product for another? No, we do not offer product exchanges, only returns and refunds. You will need to return the product and place a new order.
How much does it cost to return an item? Return cost is 9,90 Euros (except Germany where the return is free of charge). The applicable cost will be displayed during the registration process when you initiate your return.

Can I return products from different orders in the same package? Unfortunately, it is not possible to return products from different orders in the same package.
How long does it take for my package to reach you? It takes approximately one week for your package to reach our warehouse.
How and when will I receive the refund for my return? Once we have received and processed your return at our warehouse, you will be issued a refund. It may take up to 14 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account. The refund will be issued to the same payment method you used when placing your order.
How do I file a warranty claim? We strive for all products to maintain the highest quality. If an item in your order appears to be defective, please file a warranty claim as soon as the issue is discovered. In the claim, please describe the perceived issue in detail, specify which product the claim pertains to, and provide us with images showing the reported problem.
